How long does shipping take?

Within Austria, our packages are usually delivered 1-2 days after receipt of payment by DPD. More information can be found under Delivery.

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently deliver to all of Austria via our online shop. For orders to be shipped to another country, please contact us personally - either by phone (+43 4213 30 80), by e-mail (office@beta-automatisierung.com) or via the contact form.

What are the delivery costs?

If your order is more than 180,00 € the shipping within Austria is free, otherwise we have to calculate 8,80€ for the shipping.

How does a return work?

Goods can be returned in their original packaging within 10 working days and at your own expense. If you have any questions or uncertainties about returns, please feel free to contact us at any time so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible and you can get what you really need.

What must be fulfilled in order for me to be able to return a product?

In order to return goods and products, 2 main criteria must be met:

1. The goods/products must still be in their original packaging or unused.

2. The return must take place within 10 working days from receipt of the goods/products.

How do I indicate on my order that it is very urgently needed?

When you place your order, in the check-out area, when selecting the shipping method, you will find a box provided for this purpose, in which you can leave us comments about the order.

Program errors can often be annoying - if you find such an error, please let us know via the contact form below, so that such errors do not find a place in the beta shop in the future.
