Shipping and Returns

Terms of delivery:

Packages are normally delivered 1-2 days after receipt of payment with DPD with order tracking and delivery without signature. On request, we will be happy to send you a link for order tracking. Orders in Austria with a purchase value of more than € 180.00 are considered free of shipping costs, unless otherwise contractually stipulated, and will be sent to you free of charge within Austria.

Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Loading fees are fixed, with transport costs fluctuating depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with extra care.

The shipping boxes are cut wide and your goods are well protected. We only sell to business customers with a VAT number!

Return Policy:

Goods can be returned in their original packaging within 10 working days and at your own expense.
